Unable To Connect To The Ea Download Manager Mac
Recently all of the games I have been trying to play are unable to reach the servers that run the games. It has happened with Nexus Mod Manager, Skyrim, Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty, as well as other games. Essentially, I am able to run the programs until I need to log into my account through the online servers. I have uninstalled Steam and all my games, and am now unable to re-install some of them. After attempting to run for a little, each of the launchers gives an error such as 'Cannot connect to the Nexus server: There was no endpoint listening at http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/Core/Libs/Flamework/Entities/User?GetCredentials that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.' or 'We could not connect to the Battle.net patch service. Please check your internet connection and try again. Error code: BLZPTS00002' and then closes.
Since this happens not only with Steam programs, but most of my games in general, I'm not sure how to fix this. I am able to still surf the internet freely without issue as well as download everything - the rest of my computer seems fine. Like I said, I have tried re-installing them and it hasn't helped. I have restarted my computer several times, disabled all security temporarily, and double checked to make sure I allowed everything through parental controls. I would be willing to have a tech specialist work with me to try and search for the problem, I believe it's either a small virus or simply a Windows error somewhere along the line. Please answer soon. Thank you.
